1. What is the Mobile APP and P2P server for XVR/NVR.

Mobile APP: Xmeye Mobile, could be searched in Google Play or App Store.

2. What should I do when I forget the XVR/NVR password?

We can send you an excel file. You just open it in the computer, and input the “Year” “Month” “Date” which are showed on the monitor, then it will generate a temporary password.

You can reset new password after entering the device by the temporary password.

For example: Input 2018, 8, 23, then it will generate a password 596016.

3. No video image displayed when visiting by IP Address, P2P or DDNS in IE browser

Possible reason: ActiveX not installed

Solution: ActiveX must be installed when visiting XVR/NVR/IP camera for the first time via Internet Explore.

How to install: Download dialog will pop up, select [Run] or [Save] to download. Please reference the ActiveX install part to install the ActiveX.

4. How to handle the defective products?

1) We can send some spare PCBs or components along with goods for you to replace in case the device is not working.

2) You can send the defective PCBs back to us once you collect enough PCBs, or you take them to us when you come to China.
