Take One IP camera of 2.0mp @25fps, recording in 24 hours for example:
Storage:
H.264: 40G
H.265: 7.6G
H.265+: only 3.16G! 

That is to say, if before you need 10pcs HDD, now only 1pcs HDD enough!
If  wodsee H.265+ cameras connected with H.265 4K NVR,it will save about 90% storage space compared with H.264. Meanwhile it also save 80% storage space when connected with Hikvision H.265  NVR

3.Low bandwidth and low storage
If 2MP/8-ch total data for one month , 264 need a 10TB hard drive, 265 only need 5TB, the 265+only need 2TB.  It will save you some cost to buy the Hard drive.
